2 years ago (end of pregnancy stuff)

2 years ago 2 days ago I was 38 weeks pregnant. My midwife and I set an eviction date for the 19th. They were going to break my water and then go with more conventional induction methods if need be. I was 4.5cm dilated. I had been 4 cm for the 1-2 weeks prior to that so on. I was super uncomfortable. I waddled like a duck.
2 years ago yesterday I was in the hospital because I thought I was leaking fluid and the test said it was not amniotic and sent me home for the 20th time. I also fell backwards off my front steps. I thought it was hilarious. Firefighter did not.
2 years ago today I was leaking amniotic fluid. Slowly at first much like Saturday. Then it got worse. I had contractions randomly. Sometimes timeable sometimes not. I was still upset from being sent home the day before. I'd already been to the hospital at least 2 times a week for the past 2-3 weeks at this point. I cleaned the kids' bedroom. Like hard core weeded through toys, changed sheets, vacuumed and shampooed the carpets kind of cleaned. Around 1 am on the 15th I called the labor and delivery unit they recommended I come in since I easily soaking a pad a hour with the fluid. I fiddled around let Firefighter sleep a little bit longer and finally got him up around 2 and we headed in...

3 weeks before he was born. I dropped a bunch too.

btw I'm a total klutz----. I have no idea where the heck that bruise came from.
