Anyways Friday we accomplished a ton of work. I painted the yellow on the walls. We peeled more of the evil wallpaper off the walls upstairs. Aunt N came and helped us rip a bunch of it off. Firefighter ripped the front of the cabinets/closets in Prissy Pants room off. Here was what was accomplished.

Today was pretty successful too.
I touched up the yellow paint. Then Firefighter helped me chalk the lines so I could get the border up. Go figure we ran out of border and don't have enough for one of the walls. Don't fret though I have a great idea for that wall in place of the border. I will be doing that tomorrow. I know the suspense will probably drive you insane right? Well at least pretend that it does for me ok? Thanks.
Firefighter also framed up where one of the walls will be for our bedroom. We used the old wood from the closets he ripped out on Friday to frame it up. The studs are a little bit farther apart than they usually would but that isn't a big deal. We're not too concerned about it. I don't have much hanging from the walls anyways.
Then was the windows. My dorky brother helped get the one of five that we have to get in late in the evening. The other 4 will get put in tomorrow. I also retiled the front entry while I was at it too. It matches the living rooms tile.

see the big gaping hole?

in case you were wondering what a GBG window was. This is it, grill between glass.

yes my photos are a big blurry or foggy. My dummy butt somehow smudge my lens.
I will update again Sunday night. Should prove to be a busy day. This entire week will be busy. We're making the move this coming weekend.

Not long now before the big move. With all the work your doing at the new house plus looking after all the children how do you possibly have time to pack? I am tired just reading what your doing! The boys room is looking fantastic, luv the aeroplane wall hanging. The GBG windows look great and what a big difference they are going to make to the overall look of the house. Keep up the great work!

ha packing has been non existent. I haven't done any to be honest. We're only moving about 8 miles away so I'll probably just move it all in bags. Unpacking will be the not so fun part.
